A fast and efficient eco‐friendly two‐step preparation of a palladium‐containing mesoporous carbon catalyst ( C1 ) from green and readily available carbon precursors (phloroglucinol and glyoxal), a porogen template (pluronic F‐127) and PdCl2 is described. Catalyst C1 contains ultra‐small Pd nanoparticles (1.2 nm) uniformly dispersed in the carbon network and shows an outstanding activity for Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions in pure water: extremely low amounts of palladium (10 μequiv. in most cases) are sufficient to afford almost palladium‐free products (containing <0.25 ppm of precious metal without further purification steps).  相似文献

Bis(clickable) mesoporous silica nanospheres (ca. 100 nm) were obtained by the co‐condensation of TEOS with variable amounts (2–5 % each) of two clickable organosilanes in the presence of CTAB. Such nanoparticles could be easily functionalized with two independent functions using the copper‐catalyzed alkyne‐azide cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction to transform them into nanomachines bearing cancer cell targeting ligands with the ability to deliver drugs on‐demand. The active targeting was made possible after anchoring folic acid by CuAAC click reaction, whereas the controlled delivery was performed by clicked azobenzene fragments. Indeed, the azobenzene groups are able to obstruct the pores of the nanoparticles in the dark whereas upon irradiation in the UV or in the blue range, their trans‐to‐cis photoisomerization provokes disorder in the pores, enabling the delivery of the cargo molecules. The on‐command delivery was proven in solution by dye release experiments, and in vitro by doxorubicin delivery. The added value of the folic acid ligand was clearly evidenced by the difference of cell killing induced by doxorubicin‐loaded nanoparticles under blue irradiation, depending on whether the particles featured the clicked folic acid ligand or not.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor detects the risk of diabetes and prediabetes; low potentials are applied to nickel electrodes and electrical responses are measured. Although the contact of nickel with skin is short, the risk of allergical reactions cannot be discarded. SS 304L, with lower Ni content, was tested in carbonate buffer solutions containing chloride, lactate and urea to investigate its sensitivity to different parameters in sweat and compare it to nickel. The results show that SS 304L is a suitable material for the assessment of sudomotor dysfunction due to its high capacity to detect the deviation in Cl? concentration. Sensitivity of SS 304L to Cl? is much higher than for nickel.  相似文献

This article presents the utilization of “molecular amplification” to visualize the molecular architecture of “arborescent” (tree‐like) polystyrenes (arbPSs) using atomic force microscopy (AFM). arbPSs with Mn > 80,000 g/mol were synthesized via initiator‐monomer‐type (inimer) RAFT polymerization of styrene mediated by 4‐vinylbenzyl dithiobenzoate in bulk. These arbPS were then used as macrochain transfer agents for polymerization of vinylbenzyl chloride (VBCl) to give arborescent poly(styrene‐block‐vinylbenzyl chloride) (arbPS‐b‐VBCl). Poly(styryl) diphenylethyl lithium (Mn = 11,000 g/mol) was then grafted onto the VBCl units of the arbPS‐b‐VBCl. The Mn of the amplified arbPSs increased over >10 million g/mol, exceeding the exclusion limit of our size exclusion chromatography equipment. The carbapenem class of β-lactams has been optimized against Gram-negative bacteria producing extended-spectrum β-lactamases by introducing substituents at position C2. Carbapenems are currently investigated for the treatment of tuberculosis as these drugs are potent covalent inhibitors of l,d -transpeptidases involved in mycobacterial cell wall assembly. The optimization of carbapenems for inactivation of these unusual targets is sought herein by exploiting the nucleophilicity of the C8 hydroxyl group to introduce chemical diversity. As β-lactams are structure analogs of peptidoglycan precursors, the substituents were chosen to increase similarity between the drug and the substrate. Fourteen peptido-carbapenems were efficiently synthesized. They were more effective than the reference drug, meropenem, owing to the positive impact of a phenethylthio substituent introduced at position C2 but the peptidomimetics added at position C8 did not further improve the activity. Thus, position C8 can be modified to modulate the pharmacokinetic properties of highly efficient carbapenems.  相似文献
